BIO

I am Diane Jordan and since 2000, I’ve been providing professional consulting services to clients. I have over 30 years experience in Ob/Gyn ultrasound.  Over 20 years experience in a supervisor/chief capacity developing policies and procedures, hiring and training.  I hold the title of Advanced Practitioner of Sonography.  I have been published in the Journal of Diagnostic Medical Sonography and have been an Adjunct Instructor at Touro University Nevada.  I have taught and assisted in the setting up of the ultrasound rotation for a Ob/Gyn medical resident program. I hold a Masters in Medical Health Management.

My services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. I to assist you in setting up your OB/GYN ultrasound department, educate your Sonographers/Physicians, determine needs and requirements of staffing and machines, assist in develop policies and procedures that both meet industry standards as well as individualized to your practice. My goal is that physicians, sonographers and administrative staff are all working towards increasing efficiency, staff satisfaction, patient satisfaction and reimbursement.
I accomplish this by working alongside your physicians in regards to industry standards, diagnostic criteria, generating final reports, purchasing equipment, and improving reimbursement. 
I offer training for your sonographer(s) to ensure that they are performing at industry standards, establish protocols and procedures, diagnostic criteria, ergodynamics to decrease injuries, improve efficiency, proper reporting, obtaining standard images and improve patient satisfaction. 
I work with your administrative staff in the fundamentals of scheduling guidelines, patient instruction forms, policies, purchasing of equipment, coding to improve reimbursement and patient satisfaction.
